HOME CRAFT

This was originally made for Halloween, but can be altered for

Christmas/Winter scene. Use white sand instead of black, use

miniature fir trees, a small mirror buried in the sand to make a pond,

use stars instead of bats for background, and any other winter scenery!

Use your imagination!

HALLOWEEN SCENE IN A BOWL

Directions:

1) Use a big and deep glass terrarium or fish type bowl.

2) Use black sand to fill bottom, and if you want ledges, use flat rocks to build them up.

3) Add miniature Halloween figures and accessories. I used a treasure chest, skeleton, sword, fake jewels (in front), some Legos© pieces scattered around, and the wagon with the pumpkin and ghost are sitting on top of a goad that was flat on one side. I pushed it down into the sand.

4) I also used bits of wax to stick little bats and a few ghosts (they were part of some Halloween confetti) to the upper inside of the BACK of the bowl. They appear to be flying.

5) Any round lid will do to cover it. You can also use a lace doily.

6) Please make note that the two strings hanging down the back of the pic are just the strings from a cuckoo clock. They are not part of the scene.

You make ANY scene you want…..HAVE FUN WITH IT!
