PAYMENT OPTIONS

FOR ALL EBOOKS ON THIS WEBSITE

#1 PAYPAL & DOWNLOAD:

If you choose to pay through PayPal, you will be re-routed to a web page where a link will allow you to download your selected ebook in minutes. READ INSTRUCTIONS below for download hints BEFORE using any PayPal payment button! If you don't have PayPal, please sign up using my affiliate button below. Registering for PayPal is FREE.

#2 MAIL IN & DOWNLOAD:

If you prefer to pay by mail, you must email me for my address information. Once I receive your payment in the mail, I will email you the book as an "attachment." Make sure you specify WHICH EBOOK you are buying!

INSTRUCTIONS

FOR DOWNLOADING

Once your payment goes through, you will be looking at your PayPal receipt in your browser window. DO NOT CLICK OFF! Scroll down and hit "Continue," so that PayPal can re-route you to the download page! Once Adobe opens the book in your browser window, use Adobe's "Save As" feature (it looks like a little disk) to save the PDF file to your hard drive. This is the download process! When it's done, you can exit, go to the place on your hard drive you saved to, and...wahlah...you have your ebook!

NOTE: People using an old version browser sometimes do not see the "Continue" button to download. If this happens to you, email me and I will send you the book as an "attachment."

HELP

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

QUESTION #1: AFTER PAYMENT THROUGH PAYPAL, I NEVER SAW THE "CONTINUE" BUTTON. WHAT HAPPENED?

ANSWER: Some browsers do not load the "Continue" button's graphic. The best browser to view with is Explorer 6.0. If you don't see the button, Don't panic. Email me and let me know you had a problem, I will send you the book via email.

QUESTION #2: I KNOW I DOWNLOADED AN EBOOK, BUT I CAN'T VIEW IT (OR IT'S GARBLED). WHAT DO I DO?

ANSWER #1: Do you have Adobe 4.0 or higher? If no, get it from Adobe.com...then try opening your file.

ANSWER #2: Did you save the file with a .PDF extension? (It should have done this on its own unless you changed it). If not .PDF...change it by renaming the file (add the .PDF to the end).

QUESTION #3: I KNOW I DOWNLOADED AN EBOOK, BUT I CAN'T FIND IT ON MY COMPUTER NOW. HOW CAN I FIND IT?

ANSWER: Use your Windows Search "Files and Folders" on your Start Menu. Use the asterik (*) as the wild card. Type this in the search box --- > *.pdf This will find all pdf files on your C drive. Look for the name of the title of the ebook you purchased (I.e. If you purchased the Scavenger Hunt ebook, the file name would be ScavHunt.pdf).

QUESTION #4: I WANT TO BUY AN EBOOK, BUT I DON'T KNOW HOW TO DOWNLOAD FROM A WEBSITE (OR) WHEN I PAID BY PAYPAL, I MISSED THE "DOWNLOAD" BUTTON. WHAT DO I DO?

ANSWER: If you email me and explain, I will send you the ebook as an "attachment" in an email.

QUESTION #5: I WANT TO BUY MORE THAN ONE EBOOK. CAN I BUY THEM ALL AT ONCE?

ANSWER: I'm sorry, I do not have Shopping Cart set up at this time. You will have to buy them individually through each of their respective PayPal buttons.

QUESTION #6: I PAID TWICE TRYING TO DOWNLOAD. WILL I GET A REFUND OF MY SECOND PAYMENT?

ANSWER: Yes. If you paid twice, I will automatically refund the second payment.

QUESTION #7: I JUST CAN'T FIGURE IT OUT! HOW CAN I SPEAK WITH YOU IN PERSON?

ANSWER: Please try all other options discussed above before calling this number. I can be reached Monday through Thursday 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Central) at 816-221-7177. Due to a stalking situation, I can no longer give out my home phone number. The listed time excludes holidays. I check my mail several times a day, so don't panic. When I get your email, I will help you as soon as possible.
